Beauty Qwest Nail and Spa Policies and Terms

Please review these policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, or using this website, you agree to the terms that apply to your visit.

· Please arrive on time. Clients more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service or may need to reschedule.

· Give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

· Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to 50 percent of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged up to 100 percent.

· Repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, or declined payments may require full prepayment before future bookings.

· A nonrefundable deposit may be required to reserve an appointment. It will be applied to the completed service.

· Deposits may be transferred one time when at least 24 hours notice is given and the appointment is rescheduled within 30 days.

· Website prices are starting prices. Any material price change will be explained before additional work begins. Payment is due when the service is completed.

· Completed services are nonrefundable. Contact Beauty Qwest within 72 hours with any concern. When appropriate, a service adjustment may be offered and must be scheduled within seven days of approval.

· Retail products are final sale unless defective, damaged at purchase, or otherwise returnable by law.

· Beauty Qwest provides cosmetic nail and wellness foot-care services. These services do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and do not replace care from a physician or podiatrist.

· Before service, disclose relevant conditions and concerns, including diabetes, neuropathy, circulation problems, kidney disease, chemotherapy, allergies, medications, infection, open wounds, or healing concerns.

· Beauty Qwest may modify, postpone, or decline a service and may request medical clearance when a condition appears unsafe or outside the provider's professional scope.

· Results vary, and no specific result is guaranteed. Follow all aftercare and referral recommendations. For a medical emergency, call 911.

· Please do not bring children or additional guests unless they are receiving a service, assisting as a caregiver or interpreter, or approved in advance.

· A parent or legal guardian must remain present and consent to services for clients under 18.

· Contact Beauty Qwest before booking if you need a reasonable accommodation, mobility support, extra time, or a support person.

· Respectful conduct is required. Harassment, threats, theft, intoxication, unsafe behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in the service ending. Do not record clients or team members without permission.

Beauty Qwest may collect contact details, appointment and payment information, health and intake information, messages, photographs submitted with permission, and basic website or device data. This information is used to manage bookings, provide services safely, process payments, communicate with clients, maintain records, improve the website, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Information may be shared with trusted booking, payment, website, communication, analytics, and professional service providers, or when required by law. Beauty Qwest does not sell personal information for money. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails or eligible text messages and may request correction or deletion of information that Beauty Qwest is not required to keep. Submit privacy requests through the contact information on the official Beauty Qwest website. The website is not directed to children under 13.
